Antonio Velardo

Antonio Velardo

Antonio Velardo was born in Naples, Italy, in 1977 and grew up dreaming of seeing the globe once he graduated from high school in Italy. Velardo, on the other hand, wanted to learn how to fly so that he could travel to far-flung places rather than just visit them.

Taking to the skiesVelardo traveled to Florida at the age of 19 to obtain his commercial pilot's license from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). His multi-engine instrumental commercial pilot's certificate came after a few years of training at the Phoenix East Aviation School in Daytona Beach, Florida. Afterward, he went to Europe and enrolled at Capua Aeroschool in Italy to improve his license for certification by the JAA (Joint Aviation authorities), a European regulatory agency.
Velardo was able to realize his childhood ambition of flying across the globe as a commercial pilot, living in various countries, and seeing other cultures "in quest of answers," as he put it.
A lot of self-reflection helped Velardo recognize that his passion of flying had nothing to do with his desire to "spread his wings" and pursue a spiritually fulfilling vocation.
Students are returning to the classroom.
After coming to this realization, Velardo returned to school and earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom, where he graduated with honors. Velardo, on the other hand, decided to pursue a career in the real estate industry instead of becoming a civil engineer.
Property
Velardo got his start in real estate sales in Cape Verde and Spain. With his swift rise to the top of his company, he was able to begin working on projects in Italy and northern Africa.
He is the president of a $50 million property investment company in Tunisia called Real Capital Ventures, which specializes in the development of apartment and hotel complexes, as well as luxury residential projects with strong net cash flows.
Real estate investor Velardo expanded his business to other European countries and the United States during 2008's financial crisis in Europe. Companies owned by him bought troubled assets from banks in the United States, turning them into profitable ventures.
Individual investors may use Velardo's expertise in low-risk, high-return real estate businesses by investing in a variety of his company's projects. His business operations have a proven track record of excellent return on investment (ROI).
